Our ancestral ceremonies are led by Andean Shamans from the Incan ancestral village of Q’eros. The shaman will bring you to Temple of the Moon where you will take part in ancestral Andean spiritual ceremonies and rituals. The experience will grant you some insight into your future and create a strong and profound connection to the energies of Mother Earth.
Located in one of the most remote and isolated areas of the Andean region Q’eros is actually a combination of small villages. There are 6 main villages in the area that house approximately 700 people. Thought to be the direct descendants of the Inca, the people of Q’eros are a deeply spiritual people however do not follow any particular religion. Their spiritual leaders are called Paqos who practice traditional Andean spiritual beliefs with a small mixture of Christian influence. The people of Q’eros worship Pachamama which translates directly to Mother Earth but may mean more broadly the cosmos or universe in general. The people of Q’eros practice Ayni which is the belief that one must live in balance and respect with all things, living and inanimate. They appreciate and respect the balance of nature living in harmony with their surroundings which allows them to live in such a remote and harsh environment.
