We start at 4:30 AM pickup from your hotel. We travel south toward Ocongate, reaching the village of Pampacancha, where our trek begins. You will enjoy a freshly prepared box breakfast as we head into the highlands.
The hike is a moderate, invigorating climb leading us to the breathtaking Singrenacocha Lake viewpoint. Here, your guide will provide insights into the region’s geology and lead a small, meaningful gratitude ceremony to the Apu Ausangate, thanking the mountains for our passage.
We return to the village of Pacchanta, where a delicious lunch prepared by our private chef awaits. The afternoon is yours to enjoy; relax, explore the village, or soak your weary muscles in the famous natural hot springs. As evening falls, settle into your Sky Dome. Enjoy dinner in our dining room, review the itinerary for the next day, and relax with the comforts of hot showers and Wi-Fi before falling asleep under the stars.

Wake up refreshed in your dome, greeted by your guide with a hot cup of tea. After a hearty breakfast, we set out on our 16km trek through the pristine wilderness surrounding Ausangate. This is the heart of the Andes.
We will visit the seven legendary lakes, each with its own unique personality:
After soaking in these natural wonders, we return to Pacchanta for a well-deserved, refreshing lunch. We then begin our journey back to Cusco, enjoying the sunlit mountain views during the drive and arriving at your hotel between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.

Day 1: The High-Altitude Discovery
Day 2: The 7 Lakes Circuit
While the Sky Domes are designed to be thermally efficient and warm, we are at a high altitude. Temperatures can drop below freezing. We provide high-quality sleeping bags, thermal mattresses, and blankets, but we recommend bringing warm layers (thermals and a fleece) for the evening.
Our domes are designed for immersion in nature. We provide ambient, soft lighting, but please bring a power bank to charge your devices, as main-line electricity is not available at this altitude.
Absolutely. Your comfort and seclusion are a top priority. Our domes are designed with large, panoramic front windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding mountain peaks, but the roof and sides are fully covered and opaque. This thoughtful layout provides you with a completely private sanctuary where you can relax, change, and sleep with total peace of mind, all while enjoying the spectacular Andean scenery from your bed.
Each of our Sky Domes features a private, en-suite bathroom. You will have your own personal facilities located right within your own sanctuary, ensuring total comfort and hygiene throughout your stay in the mountains.
The trek reaches elevations over 4,500 meters. We recommend at least 3 days of acclimatization in Cusco or the Sacred Valley before starting this tour. Hydration and coca tea are your best friends!
Our guides are trained to monitor your health. If you struggle with the elevation, we can often arrange for local horse transport for parts of the trek, provided the terrain allows.
